MISSION AND PURPOSE
The mission and purpose of Ivy Elite is to provide co-ed educational guidance, advocacy, community service, mentoring, and performing arts with a concept to reach at risk youth, adolescents, and young adults. Our organizational goal is to empower youth, adolescents, and young adults with their own potential to be leaders in their lives as well as their communities. Helping the youth, adolescents, and young adults, we serve, thrive to become the best version of themselves and advocate those values to others in the community. Teaching them to accomplish things individually and put forth effort in making dreams come true through hard work and dedication.

LEADERSHIP: With leadership, ethical, and moral values embedded throughout the program, all scholars are expected to be courageous and compassionate leaders within their home, school, and community.
MOTIVATE: Scholars are provided with curriculum, skills, and guidance in social-emotional intelligence, health, and wellness. They are expected to make responsible choices regarding their social, emotional, and physical health and the health and well being of the school community.
SUCCESS: Through research-based curriculum imbued with the best strategies for scholars as learners, all scholars are expected to challenge themselves and their peers to reach the highest level of intellectual curiosity and critical thinking.

Dear Ms. Nash,
For almost as long as I have been at Thrive you have been here helping me to grow and become a woman. You have played such an important role in my life for 6 years. I am grateful that I got the opportunity to be in Ivy Elite and that you were there to teach me elegance and class. There is not enough that I can say that will be able to express how truly appreciative I am for the role you have been playing in my life. You taught me hustle. And that if I want something I would have to go get it on my own because nothing in this world comes easy nor free. You taught me how to make an honest living and I am so indebted to you. Thank you for everything that you have done for me from grade 7 to 12. I can honestly say that you are one person I appreciate purely for your consistency. You have never once left my side and you have always made sure that I was okay. You have also been a great mentor in the process, to this day you still teach me the way to present myself and how to be as great as my full potential will allow.
